Delson (Raynald) Bell:

Delson was born November 28, 1995. When he was 9, in November of 2004, he came to the orphanage weighing only 24 pounds. His new step-father wouldn't allow him to live in the same house and so he was severely malnourished. He, like a few of the other of the HHH kids, is now mentally disabled as a result of suffering from malnutrition in a critical time of development. Still he is a happy, healthy young man now with a quick smile.
