Ronald Francois (pronounced Wannell)

Ronald was born on June 5, 1995. Since his mother was mentally ill, his grandmother was raising him with many other kids. As a result he was malnourished and brought to the Haiti Home of Hope in November, 2003. "He was so malnourished when he came to HHH, it was months before he could keep up with the boys. I'll never forget, the first day he was here, he ate fine. The second day he refused his plate. We found out that while he was living with his grandma, he could only eat every other day. We had to convince him it was ok, that he would now eat every day," says "Mommy" (Jennifer) Campbell.
